    • Buildings must be completely empty before moving
    • All power, water, sewer, internet, and utility connections must be disconnected prior to arrival
    • Proper access is required for moving equipment. Our Shed moving machine is 39″ wide.
    • Sheds are moved fully assembled
    • We reserve the right to decline any building deemed unsafe or structurally unsuitable to move
    • Additional costs may apply for difficult access, permits, excessive distance, grading, crane service, or site preparation
